Q: How many people are allowed in one photo op?

Each Photo Op includes one 8x10 printed photo and a complimentary digital photo. Up to FOUR total fans can be included in a photo op.

Q: When will Photo Ops and Autographs go on sale?

Many individual photo ops will go on sale in April, and photo ops and group photo ops will continue to go on sale throughout April and after we complete announcing our lineup. Most Autographs will be purchased directly from the guests at the show.

Q: I submitted a Vendor application and want to know the status?

A listing of all of the applications that we have received and their most current status can be found in the Vendor Info section. Click Here We will always email approvals. Rejections and wait-list notifications can be found on the website with the most current status.

Q: When is the Vendor Area on lock-down?

Vendors and Exhibitors will not be able to access their booth space from 8 pm on Friday (June 20th) until 7 am Saturday (June 21st) AND from 7 pm on Saturday (June 21st) until 8 am on Sunday (June 22nd). Security will have all buildings locked down and will be emptied for the safety and security of everyone's personal property.

Q: When do tickets go on sale?

Admission Tickets go on sale February 10th for the 2026 show.

Q: Can I purchase extra Vendor badges?

Yes, extra badges are available for purchase leading up to the show. Badge purchase is limited to working staff at the show. If Vendor badges are given to friends or family to attend, the badges may be revoked and approval for future shows will be denied. All approved vendors will receive a final questionnaire. At that time, indicated how many additional badges are needed and we will invoice you for those. If you need them after you have submitted your application just contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

Q: Can I bring a coffee pot, refrigerator, or other electronic items to my booth?

The electricity is provided for light use only. Cash registers, computers, etc. Personal use items should be limited and are potential safety and fire risks. Due to fire and safety regulations, all non-standard items must be approved by Management prior to the show and in written format.

Q: I am having trouble with my online vendor application. Can you help me?

Yes, send us a note from the Contact Us link with a brief description of your trouble(s) and we will contact you right away to assist.

Q: Will there be food and beverages available on site?

Yes. Food is one of the staples at the Washington State Fair. We will have the full food court open inside the show with seating. The offerings will include BBQ, Pizza, Burgers, Fisher Scones, and other options. More booths may be added as we near the event.

Q: Do Vendors have preferred treatment to visit the celebrity guests and features?

No. Exhibitor badges grant no special access to any lines, restricted areas or ticketed events at the show. Additional purchases will be required for vendors to attend certain events and activities within the event such as closed panels, event gaming, VIP Dinner, and others as indicated by the event staff. All purchases must be made in advance along with the general public attendees.
