Wayne Knight

Wayne Knight has built a prolific career spanning television, film, theater, and voice work since the late 1970s. He rose to fame portraying Newman, the scheming, mailman nemesis to Jerry Seinfeld on the iconic sitcom Seinfeld (1992–1998), a role that cemented his place in pop culture. He also played the dim-witted Officer Don Orville on 3rd Rock from the Sun (1996–2001).

In film, he became the greedy computer programmer Dennis Nedry in Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park (1993)—earning a Saturn Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor—and the interrogating detective in the infamous scene opposite Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct (1992). His other notable credits include roles in JFK (1991), Dirty Dancing (1987), Space Jam (1996), Rat Race (2001), and To Die For (1995).

Knight has also contributed extensive voice acting, voicing characters in animated hits like Al McWhiggin in Toy Story 2 (1999), Tantor in Tarzan (1999), and roles in Hercules (1997) and Kung Fu Panda.
