Please welcome The Punisher, Jon Bernthal, to the 2025 Washington State Summer Con lineup in Puyallup from June 20th through the 22nd.
Jon is one of the busiest actors in Hollywood as he is currently working on multiple projects. As with every guest announced for our show, their professional commitments always take priority, but Jon has confirmed that he is “in for Puyallup.” His production schedules are currently open for our dates to allow him to meet his fans for an epic weekend at Summer Con.
Jon Bernthal is an actor renowned for his intense, gritty performances across film and television.
Bernthal stepped into the Marvel Universe as Frank Castle, aka The Punisher, first appearing in Daredevil before headlining his own series, The Punisher. His take on the vigilante antihero was lauded for its brutality, vulnerability, and unwavering intensity, making it a standout in the superhero genre. Jon is currently in the Daredevil: Born Again series airing on Disney+ and working on a stand-alone Punisher special for Disney+ soon.
One of his most iconic roles came as Shane Walsh, a conflicted survivor in the hit series The Walking Dead. His portrayal of a man grappling with loyalty, love, and survival in a post-apocalyptic world left a lasting impression, cementing his ability to bring raw emotion to the screen.
On the big screen, Bernthal has delivered memorable performances in a range of films including The Wolf of Wall Street, Fury, Baby Driver, Ford v Ferrari, The Accountant, King Richard, and The Many Saints of Newark. Bernthal starred in The Peanut Butter Falcon, and will be in the upcoming The Accountant 2 and The Odyssey.
His television credits include The Class, Eastwick, American Gigolo, and The Bear where Jon was awarded an Emmy for his performance.
