Vendor Booths will be located in one of three buildings this year. The Showplex, Pavilion, and the Expo Hall. Each will be priced differently. All booths will come with what is listed in the grid below. The prices displayed should be used as a baseline and actual pricing may vary up and down based on location and building in 2023. If you are interested in a 20′ x 30′ or larger, please send us a message for more information.
Showplex Vendor Booths
The Showplex is the main show floor that will feature vendors, celebrity guests, and more.
Pavilion Vendor Booths
The Pavilion features two separate floors. The first floor will feature invited Comic Book Featured Guests along with the Artist Alley. The Vendor area is limited to single 10 x 10 booths, 10 x 15 booths, and limited 10 x 20 booths that fit the theme of the area. The second floor features Celebrity Guests. In years past, all of our Anime Voice actors were located on the second floor.
Ideal Vendors would include comic book dealers wanting to be near the Comic Creator Guests, toy dealers looking for a less expensive booth option, or Anime-centric sellers wanting to be close to the crowds meeting the Anime voice actors.
Centennial Vendor Booths
The Centennial Building a unique selling opportunity with extended hours. With an additional 2 hours to start the day and direct proximity to attendees as they arrive, the Centennial Building is a great place to showcase crafters, artisans, and makers looking to sell at the show without a steep overhead cost. The Summer Con Merchandise Booth is located in this area to attract additional attention.
Artist Alley Booths
The Artist Alley at the Washington State Summer Con is a special area that has been set aside and curated for artists, writers, and small publishers. The area has a limited number of spaces. All applications will be jury reviewed, considered, and scored via a standard rubric factoring the artist’s craft, creativity, execution, appeal to Summer Con attendees, social media influence, successful past participation, and previous efforts of promotion. Our jury process allows us to curate an Artist Alley that has a selection that is varied, meaningful, inspiring, and exciting for attendees while also being balanced and profitable for the artists. All decisions made by the jury will be final.
Statement on AI:
The Washington State Summer Con will continue to support original art and the creators of original art. We will be prohibiting the sale of AI-generated artwork created using sourced content that the seller does not hold legal rights to at our events.
